What happens after I apply?

Once you apply, you’ll receive a “Welcome to the Club” email with your next steps, including how to join the CK Club WhatsApp buddy group. To activate your membership, visit your closest CK location to get onboarded—then you’re all set to enjoy the perks! 🚀

Can I use CK Club benefits at any CampusKey location?That depends on your membership! With the Essential CK Club Membership, you choose one CampusKey location to access. Premium and Deluxe members enjoy unlimited access to all CK locations, so you can gym, study, and hang out wherever you go.

What does ‘Early Bird Access’ mean for CampusKey applications?

CK Club members get a major head start—exclusive early access to apply for a CampusKey bedroom for the next year before applications open to the public. That means first dibs on the best spots!

What’s the difference between a CK Club member and a CK resident?

A CK Club member enjoys access to CampusKey’s shared spaces, including gyms, study areas, and social lounges—but lives elsewhere. A CK resident gets all of that plus their own fully furnished bedroom at a CampusKey location. Same vibe, different setup!

CK Club Rules

Respect and Safety

  • Zero tolerance for violence, vandalism, harassment, or theft.
  • Absolutely no illegal drugs or criminal activities.
  • Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00, with flexibility during exams.

Facilities Usage

  • The gym is available 24/7 for CK Club members & CampusKey Students only.
  • Clubhouse, lounge, and kitchen areas are for the enjoyment of students, CK club members and their accompanied guests.
  • Laundry should be hung in designated areas only.

Security and Conduct

  • Always enhance the security of the premises and fellow residents/club members.
  • Emergency equipment is for emergencies only; misuse will incur penalties.
  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment free from discrimination.

Living Spaces

  • Smoking is prohibited in all communal areas and in compliance with national laws.
  • CK Club members are not permitted any visitors to the premises.

Personal Responsibility

  • Keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Respect the property and privacy of others.
  • Ensure all personal electrical items comply with safety standards.
