The CampusKey team recently unveiled exciting new designs reframing mixed-use urban properties in a drive to change the Student coliving scene in Stellenbosch.

The new development estimated at R75 million, strategically located within walking distance of Stellenbosch University campus, boasts 4000sqm of single occupancy luxury units, with each unit featuring a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
